You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant GGnomz a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, distribute, display, monetize, and otherwise exploit that content for any purpose, including marketing, promotions, partnerships, and future products.

You are not entitled to compensation, attribution, or notice unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

4. Contests, Rewards & No Gambling

GGnomz contests, challenges, and rewards are offered for entertainment and promotional purposes only.

• No purchase or payment is required to participate
• Promotions are not gambling, lotteries, or games of chance
• Rewards are incidental and promotional in nature
• Odds of winning do not depend on payment or consideration

We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GGnomz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
